Shotti’s Point Ocean City (35th Street)

Shotti’s Point is a local favorite. The surfing vibe is upbeat, yet relaxed and sure to bring a smile. The food is amazing and relatively affordable. The menu offers a wide assortment, but some of my favorites include the wood fire pizzas and the burgers. Service is excellent and we have always received our meals very quickly. The venue offers both inside and outside seating, but there are no views. This has become on of my “Go-To” places in Ocean City.

Fager’s Island

Fager’s Island has become one of may favorite places to eat. The views of the bay are hard to beat. The venue features several sections including multiple bars (inside and outside), a formal dining room, a covered porch and an outside deck. The food is amazing. In fact, upon moving to Ocean City, I have been taste testing crab cakes to find the best. So far, Fager’s Island holds the title for the best!. While the food is a little pricey, the views and the quality of the food are worth the cost. The service was excellent, and my drink was always full. Fager’s is also the home of my favorite drink, “The Painkiller”. It sounds harsh and strong, but it is a very tropical drink, topped with nutmeg and tastes amazing. There is live music several nights of the week as well as frequent DJs. It is one of the best places for dancing and having an overall good time.

Dead Freddies Island Grill

We visited Dead Freddies recently. The atmosphere was nice with an inside tiki bar motif, and outside gorgeous views of the bay. There is an outside area for kids to play which makes it a nice place for families. The food was good, but pricey for a lunch menu. The service was prompt, but we were told that the bartenders could only make the drinks listed on the menu. That being said, the drinks we ordered were delicious. This is good place to visit if you want to enjoy the view, but are not looking for food with a wow factor.
